MYMUP Spring Update 2026
A new chapter for MYMUP — Version 3, a new website, and what’s next.
A New Chapter for MYMUP
As we move through 2026, we wanted to take the opportunity to share some exciting developments from the MYMUP team.
This spring marks a significant milestone in our journey as we successfully launch MYMUP Version 3, unveil our new website, and continue working closely with our provider partners to ensure a smooth and positive transition to our latest platform.
Most importantly, we’d like to thank all of our customers, partners, and stakeholders for their ongoing support and feedback, which continue to shape the future of MYMUP.
MYMUP Version 3 Is Now Live
After months of development, testing, and collaboration with our provider network, we are delighted to announce the successful launch of MYMUP Version 3.
Version 3 represents our most significant platform enhancement to date, providing a faster, more intuitive, and more scalable experience for organisations delivering health, wellbeing, and community services.
Key improvements include:
- Enhanced user experience and navigation
- Improved performance and reliability
- Streamlined data recording processes
- More powerful reporting and impact measurement tools
- Enhanced consent management and governance controls
- Improved referral management functionality
- Greater flexibility for service configuration
- Future-ready architecture to support continued innovation
Our goal has always been simple: to make it easier for frontline teams to focus on supporting people while reducing administrative burden and improving data quality.
Version 3 takes us another step closer to achieving that vision.
Over 600 Staff Trained on MYMUP Version 3
A successful platform upgrade is about far more than technology—it is about ensuring the people using the system feel confident, supported, and equipped to make the most of its capabilities.
Since beginning our migration programme, the MYMUP team has delivered training to more than 600 staff members across our provider network.
The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with teams embracing the new features and improvements available within Version 3.
Our training programme has focused on:
- Supporting staff through change
- Building confidence in new processes
- Demonstrating best practice data recording
- Maximising reporting and outcomes functionality
- Ensuring organisations can realise the full benefits of the platform
We would like to thank every member of staff who has participated in training sessions and provided valuable feedback throughout the process.
Working Together to Deliver Successful Migrations
We understand that system migrations can feel challenging for organisations and frontline teams.
That’s why we have taken a collaborative approach to every migration, working closely with providers to ensure transitions from Version 2 to Version 3 are smooth, well-supported, and tailored to individual service requirements.
Our implementation team continues to work alongside organisations to:
- Support data migration activities
- Deliver user training and guidance
- Review workflows and recording requirements
- Resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Gather feedback to inform future developments
The positive feedback we have received from providers and users has been incredibly encouraging and reinforces our commitment to delivering solutions that genuinely support service delivery.
